But beyond that, as someone else said, this is the internet. If nudity is what you seek, it abounds--no mod required.

Someone pulled it off (so to speak) with Resident Evil 3 but that is because its cast could fit into a single moderately sized room. It would be tougher with a cast this size except for the non-humanoid monsters (though that kind of thing was handled in Monster Hunter World).
