Can't craft poison spraymist

I have the cookbook, but it doesn't show up in my crafting menu, any way short of finding a way to remove, then re-pick up to get it to work?

You can’t drop cookbooks as they are considered key items.

Also, you need the necessary ingredients as well as a perfume bottle to craft them.

I'm on journey 2, its not even greyed out, it just doesn't show up. i can craft spark, just not from perfumer 2
