The game closes itself

I apologize in advance for my English, this language is not my native language. And now to the problem - the game sometimes closes itself. This happens in some rare cases, namely, only when someone tries to join my game as a red or yellow phantom, or when I try to join someone as a red or yellow phantom. Checking the game files shows no errors, and repairing the system via CMD does not show any errors. There are no errors in the Event Viewer under System and Applications, but there is a long list in the Security section with the Success Audit keyword and this long list always appears when I check the Event Viewer after the game has closed itself. With every patch since the release of the game, I have this problem more or less often, but it does not go away. I can show exactly what is written in the messages that are in the Security section, but since I have no idea if they will help in any way, I will not post them here yet. It would be great if someone could help me deal with this problem once and for all, of course, if it can be fixed on my side.

verify game files restart pc verify again. turn off ray tracing. In search type CMD run as admin then type sfc /scannow fixes windows 10 issues

not getting event logs can be caused by to many logs are stored. normally this game creates event log at a crash.

would be intresting to search for a elden ring log if something got found this way.

The game does not crash, but closes as if I pressed alt+f4.

The last crash of the game was on the 26th of this month and it looks like this (if I remember correctly, it happened in the main menu when you need to press any button and the game connects to the game servers).
