the guide im following requires me to get rellana cameo :/ i dont have dlc yet and im still level 80 ish. Is there a way to get this without dlc? thanks

Looks like someone is gonna upgrade their Moonveil's damage output by 40+%.
It's much more noticable lategame when your weapons start to reach 600+ AR tho, before that defensive/utility talismans feels better to use than % damage boost one.
