Any Tips on Stamina Use Casting Spells?

I'm early as Astrologer so don't have a lot available to me yet but it seems my stamina is the wall I hit before FP when casting. So,, other than leveling Endurance which I am doing, any tips on ways to conserve stamina?

I did find so far when using Spirit Summons, before I fire one more hit and pull aggro it's best to let stamina regen to get off multiple in series to finish the fight. This after pulling aggro multiple times right as I run out of both FP and stamina.

glintstone pebble is the best spell in game.

if you use the physick flask that regens stamina super fast, and increases poise damage...

then reduced FP talisman, fastcast talisman, and im not sure what the other two talismans would be, but.. you can machine gun things down pretty easily.
