MILLICENT'S PROSTHESIS

so i screwed up my millicents quest... turns out i had to do a reload before killing her in order to get both the talismans (this is a chaos lord ending run so i have no need for the needle) and now im out of luck.

anyone have an extra millicents prothesis talisman they wanna donate?
i can give you the needle in return if it can be dropped, or smth lol.
