*Addressed various issues related to NPCs.
*Fixed various game crashing issues.
*Addressed save game corruption issue.
*Addressed various issues related to frame rate drop and shuttering.

thats not full notes read maybe the entire article....it clearly says under article

Well at least looks like the Retaliation self-proc exploit is still there. Just loaded to see if it is still in and it seem to be there still...

I dont think self-proc is a exploit, it is more like the huge dmg it deal

I dont think self-proc is a exploit, it is more like the huge dmg it deal
Well it is called "Retaliation" which implies that an offence need to be committed to the user prior to using that skill.

No Idea, can't test the invisibility of the blades with servers offline. And IMO self-procking is a bigger issue than overtuned damage.
