In B4 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cry how bleed is totally balanced doing 20 less AR than non bleed weapons but also proccing a 15-20% true damage nuke + stun every x attacks is fair.
Parry is hard but its also really funny.
But mostly, its overcentralizing and requires basically absurd measures or investment (turtle with dozens of stanching bolus, god-tier buckler skills, or a coordinated ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of spell timing) that the RoB spammer literally wins by the attrition of making you run ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
For status that can build in a single combo there's no real counter-measures. with resistance charms you might survive one combo, but then you need to use a bolus and that's leaving yourself open. madness is even worse than bleed since if it procs you're stunned for a lengthy window, so it's a complete death sentence.
seen more guys using RoB on meta even host and phantom
