2. Radagon and Elden Beast, specifically Elden Beast Radagon himself is not that bad just drains some resources if you get hit. Immune to status effects, tps away, hits you with ranged sh..tuff all the time it's just annoying.
3. Morgott - It's worth mentioning I fought Morgott at a really low RL (I think I was 40) so it was much tougher for me than it probably should have been. It took about 4 hours for me to kill him. Quick attacks, dashes away, and bringing the npc summon was a gamble on if it was useful or died instantly.
Mogh took me around 15 attempts and I ended up using a spirit summon.
2- Malenia. I always get slowed down a lot on the 2nd phase due to her sometimes doing never ending combos at this phase. I either kill her on a very clean fight or end up dying. Malenia took me around 10 attempts to solo her.
3- Godfrey. His attacks are strongly unpredictable. The game offers several summons for the player to take, which makes the fight strongly easy, although it's a very challenging fight for a no help attempt.
Godfrey took me 2 attempts to kill him. I left him 1hp but he totally beated me (I even used all my flask). For the next attempt I summoned some NPC I hadn't noticed for the first tme and killed him easy.
(Every boss has been ranked according to my NG+ experience, since I beated the NG run spamming the Mimic Tear and so it's not really possible to truly judge bosses' difficulty if they stop representing a challenge. I'd rate for my NG 1- Malenia cuz she took me several attempts even with the mimic tear, 2- Radahn because he took me several attempts, and 3- Godrick for the same reason).
2- Godskin Duo
3- Falls with Torrent
1-Malenia
2-Godfrey
3-Radagon/Elden beast
Malenia probably took me 3 hours to beat. Godfrey less so, but still took me a bit. Radagon and Elden beast are hard just because it's a long fight overall, though Radagon is fairly challenging himself.
My second run was with the same build, and I basically just deleted everything on that run. Malenia took me 3 tries, Godfrey and Radagon/Elden beast I both beat on the first try. But they're still my top 3. Maliketh get's an honorable mention though, because in my 2nd run he took me more tries than the other 3.
Well... I WAS using a corpse piler spam build when I fought her so I may be biased.
*bosses with LINGERING AoE's with status effects. Let's make the fight more engaging and paint the arena! He deserved a special mention in my review of the game, togehter with his half- sister in-law's** self-healing oneshot move.
** was GRRM Martin involved in the lore or something?
2 - Godrick Soldier
3 - Goat.

1. Malenia
2. Margit
3. shared by many, e.g. Ulcerated Tree Spirit, Tree Sentinel, Death Rite Bird, Black Blade Kindred
I two-tried Godfrey today, then first-tried Radagon & Elden Beast. Solo no ashes/summons. My greatshield, greatsword, guard counter & Redmane Flames kept breaking stances. Yes, with the nerfed Greatshield Talisman.
I think Malenia was the only one where I felt I needed more DPS than my normal quick attack. The only time I focused on having more stance-breaking crit hits.
