The cursed undead.
All either of them needs to do is wait out until the cursed undead goes hollow.

Gameplay wise a Hunter has significantly better mobility, as well as access to the significantly dangerous Trick Weapons and has no limits on equip load, so they can have a terrifying amount of variety in equipment without going slow. also Rally system to get a hefty amount of recovery.
there's no question, Bloodborne is that game where the player was the most powerful.
Bloodhound Step... What is weight?

Or like the tarnished ones sitting around the round table and doing nothing.

Lore wise shouldn't the Good hunter be stronger? Physically enchanced beings built to hunt beasts. Also has multiple feats being a Great one Assassin which is equivalent to Elden beast. Probably more than that since the Greater ones there functioned more like the Formless mother or the outer gods but the Hunter has the insight to see these beings and not go mad also manages to go into their respective realms. Game wise. Still Bloodbrone. Gun fishing is probably the worst PvP thing to ever happen in the series but it's not noticeable since PvP for that game is dead lol.

well depends on who is controlling the mind of these characters is LobosJr? Prod? KEK

:demoticon:

we never see these characters in action by themselves, are we considering the hunters who were controlled by people who quit because they got ass blasted by gascoigne or tarnished and margit etc.

Definitely not the Hunter. Their actual body, the one outside of the Dream, isn't exactly suitable for fighting.

Fair point. but none of them explicitly gain godlike powers outside of their combat prowess iirc.
Bearers of the four souls - Light, Life, Death, and Dark - are essentially the gods of the Dark Souls universe, so based on the Lord of Hollows ending of DS1 or DS3 the Cursed/Ashen One becomes the god of humanity.

As seen with Manus, that power comes with the ability to manipulate the humanity in others, as what happened when the Oolacile residents were transformed. Even non-humans like Artorias and Midir are susceptible to Abyss.

Lore wise the hunter would win. Hunter had killed an outer God, higher than DemiGods and Gods. The hunter can also enter their realm and not go mad seeing the Outer Gods
