NG+ and Flasks/Pouch upgrade

So, I know that the answer is litterally for '' balance purposes'' but it's kind of a deception when you learn at the very begining of your first NG+, you pretty much already has the maximum Tears/Seeds upgrade of the flask and also already maxxed out on Talisman Pouch.

Not that I need more than the cap but it's just weird to loot those first session extremely precious items but gets completeley useless pretty fast on the NG+.

Hoping keeping em will have some better use in upcoming DLCs or maybe patches. I hope.

You can actually get more seeds than needed on the first NG, same for Dragon Hearts.

It will have no extra use. They're there for those who rushed through main story and didn't explore much and max theirs. Been that way in prior games. Granted, this one for those who thoroughly explore get quite a few extras even in NG, similar to Dragon Hearts as Dollmaker mentions.
