Alexander not at final location

I've acquired the pot helmet but didn't summon him for the fire giant fight. I'm standing at the right spot (floating platform after the lift site of grace behind the fog wall) and see bloodstains and messages for the fight, but no Alexander... help?

Sometimes you make 1 mistake in the quest and its ruined

did you talk to him at mt gelmir? because i know you summon him before the mt gelmir interaction

Where did you talk to him on mt gelmir? I haven't seen that mentioned in any of the guides

In a big pool of lava. You usually fight a magma wyrm boss there first

Oh, I thought he was talking about after the fire giant fight. That's where I got the pot helmet, from talking to him in the lava pit

hm then idk its worth it to try advancing time or resting, maybe just going through the normal game pacing for abit, its not missable so ur good

the quest is also tied to jarbairn quest, maybe pay a visit to him if you havent already

np mate, nobody mentions this cuz jar bairn is a new npc in the 1.03 patch, he also gives you a bonus item and ties with diallos so youll probably continue other quests you thought you messed up
