(Bug?) Lesser Red Wolf Radagon disappeared

So I was fighting the red wolf up past caria manor and i used some summons to assist my mage in the fight.

Red just took a plunge off the cliff during that fight. I looked down the cliff, I looked down at two drop areas and stone steps going down and cannot find him. Did he die? could have sworn i didn't get any runes for that.
Its not the one that drops the memory slot is it?

I had a glintstone dragon what looked like it was fleeing a fight near the blue witchs tower. I didn't get close to killing it. It just flew away. I guess some enemies I have to find on the map again is what I am guessing or did the game glitch out?

This is curious because similar thing happened to me tonight as happened to this Tarnished over a year ago. I died while engaging the Lesser Red Wolf behind Caria Manor, and this field boss did not respawn. Either players only get one chance to defeat this puppy, or it is bugged.

The wiki says they respawn after being killed, but this one disappeared after it killed me.
