Turn off "Cloud Sync"...
This has been causing my PC to crash while in-game...hopefully by turning this off (I don't need to have cloud sync on, because I only play Elden on one PC), this will stop what seems to be crashes due to "cloud out of sync" ...

its the crappy EAC thats causing connection errors and freezing and it is causing cloud to glitch

Remember to backup your saves. Usually, it's not cloud saves that give issues but either Steam overlay or EAC.
