Hardest boss ranked by me.

Finally beat the game.
Hardest boss according to me that play with all the tools in game (summons, ashes of war, weapon upgrade, armor, etc).
1. Malenia.
2. Fire Giant.
3. Radagon/Elden Beast.
4. Hoarah Loux.
5. Malekith.
6. Black Knife Ringleader.
7. Dragonlord Placidusax.
8. Crucible Knight.
9. Full-grown Fallingstar Beast.
10. That Random Tattoo-ed Bears that hits you out of nowhere.
100. Radahn.

Honestly, I despise Malenia. Cool character, lore and all that jazz but the devs put too much BS into one boss fight. I beat the game once, including her, on my 2nd fresh run and back at her.

I'd honestly rather remove a finger at this point as I just spend my evenings getting pissed for no reason.

Again, shes just too cheese and really can only be beaten if you run some sort of blood loss build which in itself is broken AF atm.

Margit and Godfrey were rough...
Followed by Astel and Putrid...
But those were without summons...well margit with a lvl 1 jelly...lol..same with Crucible Knight Misbegotten duo and the gargoyals...no summons was tough.

Tough with summons? Toward the end I leveled Mimic

Elden Beast was #1 even with everything to throw at him but a rebirth.

Niall was tough too for wtvr reason...he kept taking out my mimic before his 2nd phase.

Everything else was cake really...Godskin Duo, Maliketh, Melania and Godfrey were push overs with Mimic. Now doing a run and discarding all summons as I get them so I don't cheese lol.

Why aren't there 10 empty spaces after Malenia?

2: The Tree Sentinel you meet in the start
3: Bell-bearing Hunter (Caelid)
4: Malenia

Started the game with stonewords keys, and tried the first 2 bosses around level 3-5
Pure pain, every other boss was a cake-walk in comparison due to higher levels.

I think hardest bosses change for RL1 runs. Morgott for example has a lot of fast hard to dodge attacks, but he doesn't actually do that much damage and you can kill him really fast, so you can just power through him off a half decent build without really needing to figure him out.

Exactly. If you are RL1, its a different game, the hardest hitting enemies with fewer moves (malenia) are much easier than enemies with lots of moves and less dmg output (morgott) because vigor doesnt matter, you get killed in one hit regardless of what attack hits you. And to add one more thing: morgott is the best boss ever made in any souls game, IF you do a RL1, imo. He has so many moves, gives lots of openings and is overall fair, its the perfect RL1 run boss for me.

I actually appreciate the time you took to write out your analysis of the fight, I found her a bit too hectic to find all these openings on my own. Thank you, will try on my current char!

He's right though. It's not bragging. If you take the time to really study each and every boss, presumably dying a LOT in the process, you'll find and deconstruct their moves rendering them "easy." Some people of course are quicker studies than others, but it's possible for anyone to deconstruct her that had the skill and patience to reach her in the first place
