connection error

every boss. every summon. eventually i will get connection error. ive done everything in my power to prevent it from happening, i just don't understand. why? what is it? its not me. why connection error. ive never had it this bad in any game. my connection is with a cable, im not on WiFi. its so tiresome trying to help people with bosses and CONNECTION ERROR. im punished for you're failures? ok.

So please don’t go port forwarding your connections lol. “It’s p2p so you need to port forward” no, it’s net code issues with the game. I’m sure there are some players playing on ♥♥♥♥♥♥ unstable connections sure, but most of these issues are due to the games side of things not the player. So don’t do anything that will make your internet connection more unstable, just wait for a patch to fix the net code/multiplayer.

You would be correct in this situation as i thought it was p2p as well. so i loaded up my router. and made absolutely sure that the NAT type was set to open. i even forwarded IPs its not me. its not my router. it isnt my ISP. my connection is stable. it quite literally is elden ring and the game itself. dark souls NEVER had this problem. and all the fixes are fan boy smokescreen fixes. they just dont work. it just keeps on happening. there is not a fix on this planet that will work. ive done them all. all of them. i even have a friend who builds databases for servers take a look at my internet settings on my router, guess what? nothing.

then you did all what you can and you dont block it by yourself unlike many ppl who do?

sadly, it still dont mean that FS have some mythical server beside matchmaking one.
im pretty sure that even you can discover that you need first CHECK and set things on your side to not block yourself.. by yourself ;)
