Gostoc? more like GostGONE

Gostoc is gone, like gone forever and idk where he is. I've checked around the internet and wiki obv, and I've checked his usual spawn locations, and I've tried porting to Godrick's then resting at the cell, and I don't have his bell, and, and, and...?? WTF IS GOSTOC???

I wanna finish Nephali's questline but apparently this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ won't let me. It's Patches ruining literally every other NPC questline in Ds3 all over again.

--I've given Nephali the storm hawk ashes
--I've beaten Morgott
--I don't have Gostoc's Bell Bearing (he should be alive somewhere)
--Nephali, Kennith, and Gostoc are not marked on my map anywhere
--I don't need absolution

I killed gostoc and still completed nephali's questline.
main issues are just making sure you do the fort haight portion of the game and get the war bird ashes. rest is moot.

I opened the gate, I killed Godrick, I did Fort Haight, got my reward, talked to Kennith until he was like "ohh no we need a new monarch, but who? hmm," got the ashes, gave them to Nephali, didn't give her the potion, and NO GOSTOC.

As far as I can tell I did everything right, but the three of them REFUSE to move to Godrick's grace. I can't find Kennith either. He's not at Fort Haight or the ruins where you initially meet him. Oh, and Nephali is just crouched on the lower floor of the rountable hold and just repeats her line about "smelling storm" in the ashes.

And I know I didn't kill Gostoc cuz I don't have his bell bearing. Idk where Kennith disappeared to, or how I messed this up this badly.

Nephali's questline is almost a endgame quest. Killing just Godrick DOES NOT advance her quest. Mine was stuck for a while until I killed the boss in the capital city.

You need to kill Morgott (no not Margit) at the very least for them to move to the throne room. Personally I also had to go to Nepheli's adoptive father (or whatever he is) in the roundtable hold and talk to him

Go to Godrick's grace and then after arriving, rest there. That should move them into the throne room.

you do NOT need gate keeper gostic to do her quest. Only Kenneth Haight and Neph

My Gostoc was gone as well. His location was still marked on my map, but Gostoc was nowhere to find. It turned out, some days ago in a dark corner in Stormveil Castle I have
accidently hit him and he runned away. The solution for me was to get absolution in Church of Vows, then Gostoc appeared again in my game. Maybe worth a try ?
