is it possible to do all npc questlines in ome playthrough?
i've been trying to avoid spoilers, but these npcs have the most complicated questlines of any fromsoft title.

so, i've been looking at the wiki pages and it seems some of them conflict with each other. a certain one locks you into a certain ending and locks you out of all the others (unless you do so,ething else to undo it)
several of them have bad outcomes unless you do unintuitive things. .

what i'm really asking is can a player do all the npc questlines in a single playthrough, or do you have to research it and cherrypick the ones you want to do and then save the others for NG+?
like if i'm going for that one particular ending. .

If you are very careful, you can do most of the interactions. But you need a thorough walkthrough for sure.

yeah, i'm torn between wanting to play without a guide, but then i don't want to miss stuff. i hate missing stuff and fromsoft likes to hide things real good

Thanks to the sheer size of the game, and all the sidequests, side dungeons etc etc. there is a 100% you will miss a LOT of them and the unique drops they offer. So one option is fun cause you got to figure out everything yourself, the other is just more complete and will allow you builds and items that are only possible that way

You can't do them all, but you can do most of most quests in one run. Pretty sure you can get most, if not all, quest-locked weapons and items in one run.

But I would not recommend that on your first run. First run should be organic. If you try to do all the quests, you'll basically be following a guide though the game that says "go here, go there, kill him, go there" for 50 hours, which sucks all the fun out of the game.
