So I killed Sorceress Sellen

I didn't realize it was her shackled to that wall, so I whipped out my sword and started to hack at the bindings. She started throwing spells at me (the ungrateful b*tch) so I responded in kind Then I realised who it was. Have I screwed myself or does it matter at all ? I've found 'the great turtle pope' and he sells spells (by the seashore) so I guess that's all good ?

In other news I now have a pumpkin for ahead and while I love the stats the thing looks positively retarded. It this FROM's homage to 'Mister Cabbagehead' from Kids in the Hall ? How long until something better is available ?

There is that fountain thing at the pope "dog" and you can interract with it to reset some of NPCs. Dunno if that works for Sellen.

If you've killed her you can't get the glintstone kiris weapon anymore or the glintstone spiral spell. If she's still alive, the fountain mentioned by the post above me will work.

Oh crap. She's most definitely dead. Is this something that I'm going to miss really badly ?

So............... seeing as going to that church and saying 'sorry' won't bring her ass back from the dead, my buddy says that I'm missing out on one of the best mage spells going. Is that a make-or-break thing or are there other ones equally as good ? As this is my first run on a mage and I haven't brought any character past the first Godrick fight, I'm a newb with no idea of what's coming up.

You have to question the programming here though. How difficult would it have been to have her NOT show up until you triggered her quest. Pretty lazy and stupid programming if you ask me

Missing a powerful spell def isn't make or break scenario. Sucks, yea, but you can grab it in NG+ (assuming that's something you're interested in). You'll be okay, I pinkie promise. There are a *lot* of powerful sorceries in the game.

As far as I know you will also miss the best mage gear.
Idk how many hours you've played but if it's not substantial I would start over.

I don't kill "normal" npc's but I do kill every single merchant just cause I find it convenient to have all the bell bearings at one place. Sorry to disappoint, forgive me haha
