What levels are meta for pvp and where? Arenas or locations agreed upon by community?

Try to find discords that focus on PVP and you'll get a better idea of how to level your char/weapons. Or, just level to 150 and wing it, and you should be fine getting matches in the colosseum or at Academy Gate grace

So level 100 is dead? Most of my characters are at 137 to match up with both 100 and 150 brackets, is that over now?

137, 150, and 168.

Level 100 is not active in the arena? I wanted to make a character at that level because I think 120 and above is too high to be fun.
