Great-Serpent Hunt performs a powerful forward lunge and follow up thrust.

Something that I did not know until I watched some of my failed attempt recordings afterwards is that the bulk of the damage with the Serpent-Hunter is on the follow-up thrust of the Great-Serpent Hunt skill. Feel free to mix in other attacks, but it's really that 2nd attack that delivers the knockout blows that you need.
