I am still suffering to beat him. 164 Level Samurai Class with Bloodhound Finesse Build.

haha , i can help if u want but even if u wanna solo , im sure ull eventually get it

I am good at Phase 1 with Mimic Tear but the 2nd Phase destroys me every single time. Should I change my build?

nah , bloodhount fang is one of the stronger pve weapons . You just need a bit more practise and u got it . I believe in you

*Remember to grab scadutree fragments since they make u stronger ( if u missed some)

Use a greatshield that has high Guard boost and holy defence with the sword-lance (blood affinity put on btw) that you get from commander gaius remembrance or the antspur rapier that can be found west from the shaded castle outside of it. But overall anything with bleed and fast attacks is able to defeat him overall quickly.

I have 14 Scadutree Fragments right now. I killed every single main bosses in DLC. Should I obtain more?

Do you need them? not really (after 12 the scaling gets worse). Will they help a bit? they will. Your call

I have some sort of good builds but lack of Simber and Somber Stones do not let me the upgrades. I am sick of finding Simber or Somber Stones to get +10 to +25 for any weapon.

Find the smithing and somber smithing stone bell bearing that let u buy an infinite amount of them

If you mean actual fragments and not blessing levels, yes absolutely get more. You have to use the fragments from the blessing menu at a site of grace to actually get the boost. If you mean blessing level 14 than yes, you could still stand to go higher, but it's not as big of a deal. The blessings are frontloaded, so the first few are far more important than the last few. It does go up to level 20 though, so you still have room for improvement.

If you're having trouble with the second phase, the biggest priority is to boost your Holy defense as much as possible. The Golden Braid, Holy-Proof Livers, decent armor, and defensive buffs if you have some Faith will go a very long way.

Thank you sir for your detailed explanation. Today, I have a time to spend Elden Ring to gear up. First of all, I will collect all of Bell Bearings to develop builds (I do not know which I will take but it is necessary), secondly I will collect 6 more Scadutree Fragments (It will be really simple because I opened whole map), last but not least I will change my build and upgrade them all to maximum.
