Randomizer

What's the best settings to put into the randomizer mod to make it a fun change, but yet still a doable experience?

I have done some crazy setups having the main bosses in the open world, having all giant balls only, etc.

While they were funny to look at, the experience was short lived. I was wondering what would be the best settings for a real randomized experience.
