Hordes of dangerous rats with rabies in buildings.
Collapsing floors.
Holes in floors that drop down to abyssal depths.

Which bureaucratic organization designed these structures so I can sue them?

lol someone on-topic but I really appreciated how real the environments do seem in ER. Like these seem like actual towns or actual castles. BB was good at this. DS3 was too.

We've come far since DS1/DS2 in terms of unnaturally arranged corridors and oddly proportioned rooms.

To be fair, Teleporters do not need hand rails for transit, which cut down greatly on maintenance and supervision.

Sadly the GOOTSB is a little swamped nowadays with reports over Tarnished and their activities. The Night Cavalry is working overtime to try and stem the surplus, but we’ve already reached the breaking point: there are discussions about implementing a Day Cavarly, but seems the budget will not permit it.

Isn't an astute bureaucracy an oxymoron? :)

EDIT And the other branches aren't much better: the GOOTSBA for example blatantly refuses to address the problem of the Crucible Knights (because proceeding case by case simply won’t do). For Greater Will sake’s, there are confirmed Crucible Knights among the Recusant!
Meanwhile, the Death Rite Birds are popping out all over the places, and the GOOTSBA has yet to provide an official report about them…
