Depends on what build you want, really. All of them can be made viable. For bleeding, a blood Godskin Peeler procs faster than Eleanora's Poleblade. There's no benefit in dual wielding twinblades for bleed, just two-hand one of them. The Peeler also has better dex scaling and you can infuse it with different elements for specific boss fights which you can't do with the Poleblade. However, the Poleblade has a fun Ash of War and it's still a very good weapon, so you're not losing much by picking it over the Peeler.

Gargoyle's Twinblade would only make sense to use if you've got a strength build. Never tried it so I can't say much about it. There's also the Gargoyle's Black Blades, another strength twinblade if that's what you're going for, but with additional faith scaling.

The DLC introduced a new twinblade, Euporia, that I heard is pretty good and has a nice Ash of War but, again, never got around to using it. Might be worth looking into.

I say this every time someone asks this question. Have multiple on hand for different uses.

- Twinblade with a electric AoW (Lightning Strike), use as a Iron Virgin killer or anything weak to lightning.

-Eleanora's Poleblade for bleed and its unique AoW

-Godskin Peeler with Blood Tax for health steal. Also useful to dual wield with Eleanora's Poleblade if you feel like.

-Gargoyle's Twinblade with Sacred Blade for undead

-Twinned Knight Sword with Cragblade for heavy poise damage and for things that don't bleed

Eleonora's is basically a skill stick (which is pretty good esp because it evaded all poise damage nerfs), but is strictly inferior to any other blood-infused twinblade. If you decide to dual-wield, better get Eleonora's in main hand so that you can use the skill, and off-hand a blood-infused godskin peeler. As for aow on the peeler, you need a buff aow so that you can two-hand it and buff before a battle. You can either go with sepukku or with braggart's roar, the latter being overall better because it adds defence and hefty stamina regen too. Other twinblades like the person above me said, one for every situation (although I'd advise having at least 1 infused with Blackflame Tornado)

Also note, you can mix it up however you like for whatever suits you best. This is just how I did it when I did a Twinblade run. I found it suited most situations. But I primarily focused on Dex and Arcane. Also this was like NG+5 or whatever so I had a lot of levels to spread around.

that was great tbh. im thinking about using (main hand: elenora ) and (off hand: godskin) , is it a thing? i mean does tax of blood gonna work passive?
cuz i like elenora animation
