specs have nothing to do with it
i have checked dozens of other people on youtube and most of them seem to lag in that area but i'm still not convinced

I'm pretty sure it's the absurd amount of lighting effects in there. Waterfalls are still causing massive framerate drops in the DLC, too, especially around Castle Enis. Not a bit of difference was done from this so called "Performance Fix" from the last update.
