RTX 4060, 32GB ram, 1TB SSD, Win 11.
This sounds rudimentary, but have you tried restarting your computer? Not shutting down first, just do a straight restart.
If anything, maybe this comment will serve as an up to your topic.
Sometimes some tech gurus show up here that can help.
Good luck.
if you already run the newest bios with intel default settings in bios your cpu is dead.
first of all, reinstall thr game, if thr problem does not disappear check for a bios update and set the intel default setting in bios.
if even than the problem does not disappear you could check you cpu (there is a test that can show with about 90% chance if the cpu is already dead).
download the tool OCCT
run a CPU+RAM test with this settings changed
(the other settings can be used with the default)

In my case, the solution for now was somewhat silly. I have a 240Hz monitor at 1920 x 1080 resolution, and I had to set it to use 60Hz, which resolved the issue. I played for about 4 hours and didn't encounter the problem again.
