Best talisman for a blood tax build?

Hey. So, I'm having fun with a blood great katana+blood tax build and I'm looking to optimize my damage for NG+ but I'm not sure which talisman to get for maximum DPS. I'm hesitating between :

-Shard of Alexander
-Lord of blood's exultation
-2 Handed sword talisman
-Rotten wing sword insigna
-Millicent's prosthesis
-Spear talisman (taking advantage of the fact that blood tax deals piercing damage)
-Two headed turtle talisman (not strictly a DPS upgrade, but more stamina=less downtime)

Not sure which four to chose among these. I guess I could try them all myself, but I'm sure someone else already did the number crunching for me, so I'd like to be lazy if possible. :p

Also, feel free to tell me if some other talisman that I didn't mention would be better. Although, as I said, I'm only speaking of increasing my DPS, not survivability, even though that's important. I know that I can always swap in a Dragoncrest Greashield talisman or Godskin Swaddling Cloth if needed.

Blood Tax locks you into an animation for a comparatively long period and has low hyperarmor, so the multi-hit buffs probably aren't your best choice unless you have legendarily good timing. All of the other ones are great choices. It mostly comes down to what you use besides Blood Tax. If you like to mix your tactics up a lot, and not just spam, drop the Spear. If you like to use the running stab a lot, drop the Shard. If you have an offhand seal for Swarm of Flies and such, drop the 2H. LoB is a must, and the THT is fantastic for any build.

Ideally, the build would use Shard of Alexander, Rotten wing sword insigna, Millicent's prosthesis, Lord of blood's exultation

In order of importance Shard of Alexander is the most important, since it flat out makes Blood Tax more powerful without the need to meet any conditions.

I guess shard of alex and LoB are locked in. The multi hit talismans are best in theory I suppose, but I agree with LuckyChesire that they are hard to maintain in an actual fight, so I think I'll go for 2H and spear talisman instead.
