Fall Bug/Glitch

So, I fell off of ranni's tower onto the sloped roof and slid of that onto the ground and died. After i respawned i was stuck in the top left corner of the map (in the middle of the ocean) and i juts kept falling in an infinite death loop. I tried resetting the game, using the torch item that returns you to a grace and i tried fast travelling, yet nothing worked. Im using the seamless coop mod and i would love some help on how to get out

try to open map and fast travel to roundtable

Quickly open the map as you're falling and just press X, A, A as fast as you can to teleport to the roundtable.

Can't think of anything else unless you have a backup of your save file.
