How to get back to the Roundtable hold

Early on, i got the prompt to go to the roundtable from Melina. I didn’t know that the table was a grace at the time so i passed it and ended up dying at that church. Since i didn’t sit at that grace i can’t teleport there. Is there any way to get back?

Are you sure you can't teleport back. I didn't think you could miss that grace. On the map, the Roundtable Hold is at the bottom left corner, just in case you didn't see it. If it's not there, then I don't know what to say.

Are you underground? The roundtable hold appears only on the overland map
Otherwise, you are experiencing a bug somebody much better informed than I would have to help you with

Where are you now? And have you activated any graces at all?

If you have been to the roundtable hold you can go back. Go to the overworld map and find the map marker in the bottom left. If you did not accept Melina's invitation stop at any overworld grace site and choose the option to speak with Melina, then accept her invitation to go to the roundtable hold.

You should also be able to navigate back to the Roundtable Hold through the Site of Graces list that you can bring up in the map.
