Fia's panties still results in a ban?

I stopped playing Elden Ring when a random gave me Deathbed Smalls and I was worried loading my game would ban me. I made a new character recently but haven't touched my first character since launch basically.

Is it still bannable? Should I just delete that character?

Yeah i think you are better off deleting that character just to be safe.

If you were flagged way back then, your entire save file is flagged in that case and has to be deleted. But if you never got a warning, you might be OK. You will get a 2 week warning first.

They actually fixed the panties issue, and IIRC even if you load up with them, it will show them as invalid very clearly in the inventory screen so you can get rid of them

Interesting. I was given the panties, I looked online what they were, read about ban risk, exit game, and... just gave up on my 120hr save lol

I never got a warning but I've been paranoid about playing since. Now 30hr into a new character, panties still on the other character, just haven't loaded it.

You can be banned if you have the item you can give yourself the item drop it and your save will be 100% safe.
