How to Take Better Screenshots?
I pretty much take screenshots nonstop (It's Elden Ring), but they sometimes end up a little blurrier than they should be when I view them later. Taking screenshots using Windows+PrintScreen is a bit more clear, but it still looks a bit "Off" compared to screenshots I see from others. Any way to make them look fancier?

Lots of people edit their steam screenshots with photo editing software. Sounds like you might want to try sharpening your screenshots. Switching the contrast curve from linear to s-shaped to get better local contrast and adding a little vignetting are easy ways to make almost any image look better too.

What resolution are you playing on, that's probably it. Your probably seeing others with screenshots taken on higher resolutions.

Wow that is a cute comment. If you play on the resolution of your monitor and take a screenshot at that resolution, you will view it at the same resolution so it will never look blurry. You get a point for trying though.

I never tried to take screenshots in elden ring, but if I ever do that in other games they are never blurry. There are several reasons as to why this happens to you. If I had to guess you are probably using steam inbuild screenshot thing. I would not recommend doing that.
Instead press print and then go into an editing software like photoshop, create a new project (it will have the exact same resolution the screenshot saved in your temp data is by default), and then just ctrl + v to copy it into the project.
This way you always have the best possible quality and you can immediatly edit it.

Ofc there are some other possibilities as to why your quality isnt that good but it's hard to tell as you provide 0 info and not even the screnshot.

If you really wanted to have better quality you can try using smth else to take the screenshot. There is other software to do it, and I never really got into the details with the quality as I wouldnt use screenshots for smth professional. However I do use lightshot to take pictures of things that I want to share on discord for example.

But as the other chatter mentioned if you want your screenshots to look like stuff you find online then yes you will need to edit it.

This helps, I found that printscreen and then editing with gimp has the best results :er_wave:
