Instant death blight invader / crashed game

joined a random lobby and was summoned to Shadow Keep. The enemies seemed really tanky. I figured the host was on a high NG+ or something and didnt think much of it. A few minutes later, our team was instantly killed by death blight. I think it happened once we got somewhat close to the invader. Tons of visual effects spawned on the screen and it caused my game to crash. Upon reloading the game, I was death blighted again

has the ever happened to anyone else? I've only done multiplayer like 2-3 times before this haha

i had this happen to me yesterday by a guy called chinaNet Enjoyer , i was on seamless coop with a friend and that kept happening until we just turned off invasions . Exactly as u said i randmoly started lagging like crazy , getting 10 fps on a 4070 graphics card and then deathblight and death
