there re several external possible problems, without looking at the crash log in windows event viewer it is just guessing what cause the problem.
on perfectly fine maintained system no problems appear but the amount of ppl that know how to maintain windows and computers correctly or even analyse and fix such issues is small (deactivating EAC is just the laymans choice and has a working rate below 5%).
removing all 4 wheels of a car to fix that the engine stops working if you want to drive is not a solution.
1. how he knows he has tried anything else without even knowing what exact problem he has ?
2. the analogy fits perfect to the nonsense you posted.
3. before i pull out how to solve the issue i need informations. the basic information is the windows event viewer crash log (beside some others i will ask if needed).
4. look at my profile, read the comments, you will be surprised how long it can take to narrow down nd solve such a issue.
5. i never defended eac (i do not let put words into my mouth by others) i just said your "solution" is garbage and show how low your knowledge level about analysing and fixing computer problems is.
6. i know exactly what i'm talkng about, i fixed for more than 3000 ppl here such errors and you know not even the slightest bit about troubleshooting and error hunting.
