i'd recommend around level 150 to 160 for the dlc,
and when you enter it, go on the wiki and look at the scadutree fragment's page.
you wont regret it because it's basically an easter egg hunt for most of them.

thanks, another question can i run into dlc just stealing items for my build without fights? like at level 50 for example, theres a bunch of cool melee weapons that have rly good int scaling, but in the main game int scaling weapons are not so good

You should go with around 50 to 60 vigor so you won't die in one hit, also, you need 40 to 60 point in "attack stats" to do damages, For a strength/dex build around level 120-130,
Faith-Sorcerer build around 140 to 150 depending on how much you optimize your build and if you want late game skills.

Yes you can access it after beating mohg to pick up some weapons that are like 5min into the dlc 4, 5 different types then you can come back and finish main game and then go into dlc but i doubt you will be able to beat mohg on lvl 50 even with summon if you new to game there is like no shot..Also it's high possibility you will get baited just to peak a bit more into dlc because insane view when you enter and you will just end up feeding like , 50-60 vigor materials for 1 maxed weapon,4 talisman slots ,around lvl 150 should be dlc entry

I'd say around 150 is a good time to do the DLC, but it's more than possible to do at 130 as well. If we talk about pure game progression, I'd say after Maliketh is a good time. My personal recommendation though? Do it after Malenia. She's good practice for what to expect in the DLC.
