looking the best Checklist in main game

Ok so i do 100% run to get all boss armoret and weapons and everything not just this 3 category, i did kill all boss in limgrave, right now i do sorceries and will do incantation and aow and others, i check fextra but that list which i see its not full, couple of items its missing like weapons and armors, i really looking checklist which show all, i can get there and in other region like caelid and liurnia some1 please help me with website link.

cant do a 100% in 1 run. there's only 7 mausoleums and 15 remembrances.
among some other quests that have a choice of 1 or the other reward per run.

Like above post said, you need at least 2 runs to get all the item.

This the quest that required two run:
Alexander, two different talisman with same effect.
Seluvis, two different spirits ash.
Millicent, two different talisman.

Dlc:

Ansbach & hornsent, bow and ash of war
Dragon communion priestess, ash and weapon.
Jolan, ash and weapon.
Fire knight queelign, ash and weapon.

wait i mean different, ok look, i point this out just the way you understand me.
if you go to peninsula list on fextra you see couple of weapons have some monster drop weapon but nowheere see this weapon there longhalf axe
if you search this weapon, it clearly say there is a monster on castle morne " Misbegotten wielding it"and was drop it for me, but on fextra there isnt on that list, that what i talk. its not on that list or in limgrave list

oh and i know what you guys try to say with rememberance but heres a thing, i not get all weapon and other in there, keep all rememberance and when i want a weapon or something there i just get it, its simple, i will not use all weapon there so if i want to run with 1 rememberance weapon, i just get it and double it, will have 6 mausoleum.
So lets say i will have all dropable weapon and armors and talisman, ingame and ignore rememberance

anyways what i try to say, is, on fextra its not full in regions list, that my point, i really want to pick all dropable weapon and armor list so i get all weapons :) which not rememberance, and fextra not fully help me out, because have monster which wieling weapon which almost all region have 1

anyway thanks for the posts, i guess i have to wait till i reach farum azura and before kill maliketh so i can farm on capital fully and start check the full weapon and armor checklist.
ah, till i will just farm fextra lists, and hoping not much will missed on weapon and armor sets

it also more annoying that DLC quest need to be repeat 2 times more because Leda quest drop special talisman.

bro you just make me happy :D i was search your key words on google and i find only bosses list and count the bosses on limgrave 22 on main limgrave and 10 on peninsula so total of 32 boss in full limgrave :D not 31 :D like almost everywhere :D
