Have you tried Rings of Spectral light, preferably with Birb helm on? It has very good range and damage, and a bit frostbite too. Other than that, they are kinda okay-ish, my only complaint is that the most are apparently bugged and don't get Prince of Death staff buff. The fact they made 0 (ZERO) ghostflame weapons that scale with Int/Fth is the actual crime
