Pierce damage options for a strength build?

What are some good pierce damage options for strength builds? Bonus if it fits into a caveman asthetic.

rusted Anchor, a great axe that only does piercing damage.

Colossal Swords across the board have a piercing option for their crouch/rolling attack, while Greatswords tend to have piercing heavy attacks.
There are also a few Strength-specific piercing weapons you can find in other categories, like the Pickaxe great hammer, the Serpent Hunter great spear, or the Rusted Anchor greataxe.
If you're looking for ranged options, greatarrows shot out of the Golem Greatbow do technically count as strength-scaling pierce attacks.

You can also try out some thrusting-type ashes of war like Giant Hunt or Flame Spear, if you like!

Rusted Anchor. Rusted Anchor is awesome. One of my absolute favorite weapons in the entire game, both for stats and for appearance. If you get someone to drop a second one, they're also fantastic powerstanced. And if you need a bit of elemental damage, they take infusions extremely well. All around 10/10 weapon.

Something I'm confused about with the sepent hunter great spear. It says the damage type is piercing, but is that with all attacks? Seems like a lot of the animations are slashes.

Well it would be like the anchor which is a great axe move set, every attack is considered pierce. Personally the serpent hunter is okay maybe if you could swap the AOW on it.

The Pickaxe is my recommendation.
Pierce damage with the same stagger value as any other greathammer.

Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword. Gains AR for every point invested in STR up to 90 and ARC up to 81. Has L2 and R2 pierce. Hits like a truck. If you tap L2 twice, it does an AoE explosion that usually throws enemies on their back, which lets you charge an R2 on them.
