Best site of grace with easy access to tough enemies?

Any time I get a cool new weapon to try, I'm find myself aimlessly going to random waypoints across the map and not finding any enemies nearby to test the weapon on.

The site of grace just before the dancing lion in the DLC. Mainly because if you go down the stairs, there is an enemy about half way that has a 3% chance to drop the only thong in the game.

But if you want to just test damage and not take the walk for a chance at the above, you can just do the Secluded Cell for the Troll.

Underground Roadside under Leyndell Capital. There are a few Omen in the area. Not too threatening, but not pushovers, either. Lots of HP for testing purposes.
