Infinite Loading Screen On DLC

Ive had this issue where I can go to any other site of grace in base Elden Ring but when I try going to a DLC site of grace it softlocks me and wont load past the first like 10%. I even tried to physically go to DLC entrance and it still did it. I verified the files and it still is stuck. I dont want to have to keep redownloading the game just so i can play the DLC.
