DLC Spoilers - Mohg

We now know that Mohg was under Miquella's charm when we fought him, and with this reveal, everyone says they treated Mohg wrongly and he wasn't evil after all. Is it true that Mohg was a good guy? Im okay with the lore but I cant really recall anything that points to him being evil or good.

Can a lore expert fill me in on the things Mohg has done that redeems him, after knowing what we know from the DLC? Thanks

On THAT at least, Mohg is vindicated, but everything else was still his doing.

Mogh wasn't a good guy. He want to use miquella to have his age of blood (Mogh worship the Mother of Truth / formless mother) . But the DLC seems to retcon that and now miquella bewitched Mogh .

I don't know about good or bad guy but he is not a pedo, that's all that has changed

Except very rare exceptions where it's easy to see blatant evil and twisted personas, there's no good or bad characters, just views and motivations.

It's likely Varré did it, given he knows where you'll pop out of the graveyard, but ye no actual proof

I don't know I think it's more likely the grafted scion killed our maiden considering it's the one enemy near her corpse and there is a massive hole on the ceiling above her

to be fair he probably knows that's where tarnished will pop out of, he has probably been doing this for a while, leading tarnished to become bloody fingers

I actually didn't think about that, you're prob right. Maybe Godrick sent it over to find some more feet.

The real Villain in the DLC is Miquella. Was sick of being a demi God, trying to over throw his mother, and become a God as she is. While simultaneously leading everyone to their deaths and lying to his/her/they/them/its followers.
