the 150 meta level is just to ensure its active multiplayer, you can choose to be higher/lower at your own whims.
2. Idk why ppl has this insane fixation of SL150 being the cap, even if they rarely pvp .
You are given so much runes to level way pass that and people choose to keep low level and then complaining about game difficulty.
what you need or what you dont need is depending on your skill.
I'm sure the dlc has pushed a medium amount of players in the community to take it to 200.
that being said, from my understanding and reading the forums ect, 150 is still the coo/pvp sweetspot
150 is the pvp meta. fun fact, pve is very lively after 150. After 301 it opens up all the way up to 713, and its super busy. Always signs all over, people just having fun to have fun. The pvp is hilarious because the try hards all castrated themselves by staying at 150 thinking its "challenging"
