You can drop all normal items, just like other players. You drop a weapon, others drop runes. That's possible... but the question is, do you want that? Unfortunately, there are a lot of cheats in the game that corrupt items, including runes to ruin your game...

Better not with random players. People from the friends list, if you know them personally from discord or something.
