Nah you can farm them they're just a pain in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass to farm since they're rare drops

They are a pain in the ass to farm, both of them specially dragon communion flesh wich requires sharp gravel stone (it also drains your HP slowly after you use it but you get a better buff). Exalted flesh requires Arteria Leafs wich is a rare drop from snow trolls.....so good luck getting enough flesh!

Yeah you can also kill the blood fiends and they'll drop them rarely

They drop the new one sanguine Amaryllis used to hefty fly pots (upgraded bloodfies) the others mats for the expansion flesh are found in Jagged peak and some dont respawn.

Only the arteria leaf sucks to farm the rest are easy to obtain mats (specially if you killed the bell bearer hunters dropping key items to buy countless amounts of bones and flesh.)
