i wonder how it's possible that still today this talisman is bugged and it overwrites other body effects like invisibility. Before anyone states it's intended, I really doubt it since there's an incantation doing literally the same thing and it works perfectly, as it always worked in other games.

Doesn't seem like that. Enemies still detect me like I'm not invisible when using this talisman, whilst using Assassin's approach works as it should.

Crepus's Vial & Assassin's Approach only eliminate sounds made by the wearer, nothing else.

Semi invisibility will be added by Unseen Form and Ash of War; Assassin's Gambit.

You don't get the concept. Assassin's approach and Unssen form work fine together, Crepus Vial doesn't.
