I didnt really found an alternative in the DLC, best i could find was the second Finger Ruins where theres a lot of enemies in the path, but theyre not as grouped together as the Albinaurics.
Are you talking about the area unload or the albinauric farming spot?
Nothing got patched, Wave of Gold spam in palace approach ledge-road melting albinaurics still nets millions of runes in minutes.
Unless you are talking about a extremly obscure glitch jumping off a cliff there......Dude thats ancient history and got nerfed eons ago.
