What's the performance like?
I've played the game before the dlc came out and refunded it because of prominent stutters and fps drops. Yeah well my PC is not the best, I7-6700 & RX6600 & 16GB RAM, but I was hoping for at least some smooth experience on low settings. Did optimization get better with the launch of the DLC?
Thanks.

nothing has been optimized with the dlc beside some m&kb qol features

personally i've been crushing the game with a stable 60fps all maxed no rtx with a worse build than yours, but performance seems to be very hit or miss with builds

I also remember the game stuttering a lot whenever I killed something. Weird stuff

Unplayable. I can't even get out of the tutorial area the stuttering is so bad. I have decent specs and everything else runs great. I've tried every single fix and nothing works.
you will be able to play it but with your CPU stuttering should be expected in some areas
The stuttering is mostly about ram speed and cpu speed.
Unfortunately your system is lacking in that area

i7-6700 does not support faster than 2133mhz ram.
In some Areas Elden Ring needs 3000mhz +ram or it will get stuttering

They have not fixed this and with DLC it got even a lot worse.

I have 9400f , 32GB 3200mhz cl15 ram and an RTX 2080TI
i have 0 stutters but i have fps drops to 45 in some situations >-< in DLC

Base game i had stable 60fps , 0 stutters all fine.
DLC made it a lot worse

lol no just s up unless you proof it with a video where you show
fps and specs...

my system is more around double the speed of op.... and i cant get stable 60fps in dlc
your system is worse and you get it ?
i call bs

3050rtx with ryzen 5 5600x, tbh idk if it's stricly worse than op's build i dont really check this kind of things, but it's hardly an end of the line system

about the video you'll have to take my word for it, only time i had stutters was funnly enough during the godrick fight during specific attacks, stopped once i disabled rtx

A Ryzen 5600x (from 2020) is miles better than an i7 6700 (from 2015) lol is not even close
completely different league

your GPU is bad but Elden Ring is not GPU heavy... its CPU and ram heavy

As i said the OP has stutters because his CPU besides being old and slow only supports up to 2133mhz ram...

GPU doesnt matter much with Elden Ring

it's good, just deactivate the ray tracing (clearly odesnt make much difference but it tanks the perfs) and mostly 60 fps

They wont fix it, they aredly blamed it on kbm programs and people accepted it even tho its total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

How will this make his old and outdated CPU from 2015 with low ram speed of maximum 2133mhz do any different ?

His problem is not the GPU ... but the CPU from 2015
he doesnt even meet the official CPU requirements which says Intel i5 8400
