Looking for fun twink builds

I want to play through the PvE with a character that has everything they need right from the get go. The plan is to go around with a starter character, collecting a 'shopping list' of items, with no leveling allowed. When everything is gathered, returning to the starter areas to play through the game normally, making sure to stop leveling when about to outlevel the area. (No overupgrading allowed either)

Looking for some cool combos of items that could be obtained relatively easily without having to clear much content to get it. Needs to be viable to get with a starter level 9 character.

(forgot the name) but its white gloves, astrologers i think idk
Rellana Armour plate, or Death bed Armour plate, or anything that looks feminine or scrawny
perfect helmet would be one mask that has dreadlocks that you get either in the firegiants mountain or near Leyndal

Erdtree Favour - Fringefolk hero grave. You need two stonesword keys and can run past all the enemies to get it
