Ymir questline bug

[The HAZ3]

As far as I know, I have done every single step from Ymir's questline. I went to sound Rhia and Dheo's hanging bells, I spoke to Ymir and Jolan everytime I could until they had nothing new to say, but now I'm stuck at Miyr Ruins because Anna doesn't invade me, and so I can't even sound the third hanging bell to face Metyr. Is there any thing I can do? I already tried teleporting to grace, reloading area, revisiting hanging bells, going to Rabbath's Rise to seek Jolan (she's completely missing), even speaking to Ymir who's at the graveyard petting his son's grave (he ain't moving from there, just asking me for leaving him alone)
