First phase is fine, but afterwards he just zips around and spam non stop
so it becomes worse chasing simulator than Elden Beast.

I just locked onto his head and blasted him with Storm Blade AoW.

I believe quick fire spells would be easiest way to take him down,
but I play with dex character currently.

And I just recently found Firespark Perfume.
I would probably tried that if I had it when I fought this boss, sigh...
